Gift cards & e-vouchers can be redeemed at any Pho restaurant. Gift cards & e-vouchers can be redeemed across multiple visits until the balance is redeemed up until the expiry date. Gift cards & e-vouchers cannot be used on Click & Collect and Delivery. Gift cards & e-vouchers cannot be purchased in any Pho restaurants. Gift cards & e-vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. No change will be given but the balance may applied for future purposes. Gift cards & e-vouchers will expire 1 year since last use e.g. card activation, purchase, top up or refund. At expiry, any remaining balance will be lost. Gift cards & e-vouchers cannot be returned or refunded except in accordance with your legal rights. Any refunds will be sent as a gift card or e-voucher. Pho cannot accept responsibility if your voucher is lost, stolen or damaged. It will not be replaced or its value refunded in any of these circumstances. Gift cards cannot be purchased for resale.
