We will be as flexible as possible in adapting our meals to suit your dietary requirements.
Our allergen chart outlines the known allergens in our meals based on the information we receive from our suppliers regarding ingredients and the recipes we work to. We use reputable suppliers that we have worked with for many years and we will endeavour to remove an allergen where we can, however we cannot account for any accidental cross contamination should it occur out of our control in the supply chain.
Please note that because our food is made fresh each day, in each restaurant, not under lab conditions, all allergens are present within the kitchen and we cannot guarantee 100% that we will always be successful in removing them. Our staff are all trained to deal with allergen requests but there is always the possibility of human error. We therefore please ask that you use this our allergen guide with this in mind.

Many thanks for your understanding.

The majority of items on our menu are gluten free, as accredited by Coeliac UK.
Please note: these items are not gluten free – Cha Gio (spring rolls), Nem Hai San, Hoisin sauce & the beers. Bún dishes can be ordered without a spring roll on request.
Our dessert menu is now 100% gluten free.
The vast majority of our menu is also egg & dairy free.
All of our chicken in store is now halal, including the chicken broth.
Our menu is really great for a vegan diet – this is because we use very little dairy or egg in our cooking. Anything on our menu (eat-in and takeaway/delivery), you see that is vegetarian can also be tailored to a vegan diet – just be sure to tell a member of staff as we may need to replace side sauces or dipping sauces with a vegan option like our vegan nước cham or homemade peanut sauce.
We have vegan options in every section of our menu, from starters to desserts, including: veggie summer rolls, veggie spring rolls, salads, pho noodle soups (like tofu & mushroom, or 3 mushroom in our homemade veggie broth), bun noodle dishes (tofu, veggie spring roll), wok-fried noodles (tofu & mushroom), and our fragrant Vietnamese curry (tofu).
Some vegan favourites include:
– Goi Cuon – fresh rice paper veggie summer rolls with peanut sauce or soy ginger
– Goi Chay – salad with Asian herbs, peppers & a chilli ginger dressing
– Bun nam rom Hue – hot & spicy pho noodle soup with enoki, shiitake & button mushrooms + pak choi in vegetarian broth
Any of the dishes on our menu can be made without peanuts except for our pho bun rieu (crab noodle soup) and our peanut sauce.
Please advise staff of a peanut allergy when ordering. As peanuts are present in our kitchens, we cannot guarantee, even if we endeavour to make a dish without peanuts, that we will be 100% successful in removing them.

Since 2019, we have reduced the amount of single use plastic in our takeaway packaging by over 50%. This includes the introduction of new recyclable starter boxes, salad boxes, and lids for our bowls (soup, rice, and bun dishes). In January 2022 we also eliminated our plastic carrier bags which have been replaced by recyclable paper bags.
Where we have had to use plastic for quality control, we are aiming to have as much packaging either recyclable or reusable:
