What makes Pho so healthy?

Our namesake soup is famous for its miraculous nutritional and health benefits. We simmer our bone broth for a minimum of 12 hours, extracting all of the goodness and maximising flavour (our vegan and vegetarian soups are made from a base of vegetables & herbs). The fresh herbs and chillies you can add to the bowl yourself bring, not only tonnes of flavour, but their own unique health benefits. That’s why we believe that phở is the best noodle soup in the world…

Our main menu is over 40% vegan with loads of delicious plant-based dishes and almost everything we serve is gluten free, as accredited by Coeliac UK.

We think it’s a healthy & balanced way to choose a restaurant. While we’ve shared the calorie content of our food online since 2013, we know that for many, the calorie number is at the bottom of the priority list when it comes to dining out.

You’ll see on our menu we have loads of low cal dishes, but we hope having fun with friends & family remains the focus of going out to eat.
