COVID-19 POLICY

Just a quick note to reassure you that we are doing all we can to keep you & our staff safe. We are following government guidelines, implementing the key safety practices following our detailed risk assessment of our processes & will continue to adapt these as necessary.

We are:

  • checking our staff are well with daily temperature checks & health declarations;
  • increasing hand-washing;
  • regularly sanitising surfaces;
  • wearing PPE where necessary;
  • offering disposable menus;
  • not accepting cash;
  • socially distancing with smaller teams, and offering contact-free click & collect & delivery.

When you dine with us you will be asked to sanitise your hands as you enter; maintain a social distance at all times & be patient with our smaller teams & new ways of working.

We are also asking all customers to only visit the restaurant if they are feeling well, haven’t had any symptoms & to their knowledge have not been in contact with anyone who has symptoms.  If you are dining with your children (kids love noodles!) please ensure they stay seated at your table to maintain the social distance.

We’ve reviewed the seating arrangements in our restaurants & where we’re unable to move the adjacent seat, we will mark it out of use ensuring you have plenty of space. You can order with staff as normal, but if you prefer, you can order & pay digitally via your phone. You can book in advance or just come along – either way we will make sure there’s plenty of space for you to enjoy your meal safely.
