Vietnamese cuisine is about adapting the food to your personal taste. Ours is made fresh at each branch every day. Absolutely nothing is bought in frozen or pre-packaged. All our pho soups are low in fat and saturated fat and are a good source of 10 of your vitamins and minerals, including those that contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue (so no post-lunch food comas!).
